I led the development of Klavyx, a self initiated hardware project focused on creating a digital keychain with an integrated smart handle. As founder and project lead, I was responsible for assembling and managing a cross functional team including product designers, engineers, and electronics experts to bring the concept into a real world prototype.

My role involved team scouting, coordinating internal progress, and running daily tests to identify potential flaws and improvements. I organized and led calls between the mechanical design team and the electronics division to ensure full alignment across all phases. I also created technical documentation to track performance, manage iterations, and streamline execution.

All creative direction and functional planning came from my original vision. Despite strong early development, the project was eventually paused due to financial constraints and overlapping releases from larger tech companies like Xiaomi and Samsung.

Still, Klavyx was a milestone in my journey proof of my ability to take an idea from concept to execution, manage people and pressure, and know when to pivot. I'm driven by exploration and clarity, and I believe that knowing when to move forward or let go is also part of building.
